The aim of this programme is to provide participants with an overview of the relevant knowledge to procure in a compliant manner and meet HSE obligations under the National Financial Regulations.

This site provides access to HSE Contract Information, Procurement Supports, References, & Applications that can assist in the effective and efficient execution of compliant procurement and value for money processes for the Health Sector.

Please note the PSR Form is not to be used for technical or general queries, e.g. "Is there a contract for / Who's on contract / My password is not working" etc. or where Customers are seeking advice on how to procure.
The PSR is to be completed only when you have a requirement for Supplies or Services with an identified budget that requires the assistance of HSE Procurement. For technical/general queries, please submit a Contact Form.

In addition, Works, i.e. building, construction, renovation, etc. is the responsibility of HSE Estates and as such PSR's are not to be raised for such requirements. Please contact HSE Estates directly for Works related requirements.

The provision of new ICT devices such as laptops, desktops and associated peripherals is the responsibility of HSE Technology and Transformation (Technology Office) and PSR's are not to be raised for such requirements. All new ICT equipment should be ordered via the HSE Online Device Order Portal, all standard devices are provided from HSE central stock. Any other device related enquiry should be directed to
